Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Solution Agent to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. This is a permanent full-time role based at the Concrite Contact Centre in Sutherland. You will be required to be available for an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rotation as overtime.
Responsibilities
- Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided).
- Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network.
- Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Enthusiasm and customer-focused individuals who are willing to be an integral part of a busy contact centre team.
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring exceptional customer service.
