**About the Role** 
They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Parramatta. Work from home 3 days per week on an estimated 9month temporary assignment, with a view to go permanent by December. This role will provide administrative and management services to the Executive Director, supporting the efficient and effective operation of the office and the optimal utilisation of the Executive Director's time and resources. The role also provides executive support to the divisional leadership team.
**Responsibilities** 
- Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the Director 
- Complete diary and travel management 
- Prioritise requests to facilitate the optimal use of the Director's time 
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including setting up, catering, equipment and overall presentation 
- Research and collate information to assist in informed decision making outcomes 
- Prepare high level documentation including requests for advice, briefs, meeting minutes, agenda's, correspondence, reports and presentation material 
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to facilities engagement and contribution of ideas 
- Determine, develop, and manage processes for administration and the flow of work for the division 
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality 
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative improvement strategies to mitigate risk 
- Ensure compliance with Departmental policies and procedures
**About You** 
- Solid Executive Assistant experience 
- HR, Finance or Public Sector experience highly desirable 
- Resilient to change 
- Previous experience working within a complex/sensitive environment 
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines 
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite and TRIM 
- High attention to detail 
- Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check 
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt 
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
