Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as an Associate Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to our operations across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), working closely with our Sales teams to structure and close deals, and ensuring that our agreements and practices remain compliant and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales teams in ANZ, helping to structure and close deals by applying sound legal judgment and practical, ethical business advice.
* Review and negotiate commercial agreements, such as enterprise licensing agreements, reseller and distributor contracts, and professional services engagements.
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments in ANZ, ensuring that our agreements and practices remain compliant and up-to-date.
* Assist with privacy, data protection, and AI-related legal matters, including reviewing and negotiating relevant terms in customer agreements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A legal qualification from Australia with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
* Experience in technology licensing contracts, intellectual property law, and privacy is highly desirable.
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in contract negotiation.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
