Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line technical support to clients onsite
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, servers, and network infrastructure
* Install and configure hardware and software for clients
* Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems
* Monitor client systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an MSP or IT support environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and associated applications
* Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
* Experience with Cisco / HP / Aruba network switches
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team
