**The Company**
Launch is working with a Victorian leader in the Education space who offer higher education and vocational learning with 6 metro campuses and a regional campus. Due to this leader's digital strategy being refreshed, a new position is available for a Salesforce Administrator to join their IT team.
**The Role**
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BAU tickets via the service desk related to Salesforce and address critical items
- Manage 5 different Salesforce projects
- Analyse client requirements and identify and recommend options for addressing these requirements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Assist in developing and maintaining Systems Architecture for Salesforce, incorporating all business services and processes
**About You**
- Must have experience working across Salesforce (specifically Salesforce Lightning)
- Attain Salesforce Admin 201 Certification
- Service Cloud experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience building standard reports as dashboards using OOTB functionality
- Provide strategic support and advice for departments
