Customer Experience Team Leader Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of customer-focused services across our library branches. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the strategic development of our service through expert insights on customer service and related activities.
* You will work closely with branch teams to provide leadership, guidance, and support for performance planning and staff capacity building.
The role requires:
* A relevant tertiary qualification with eligibility for associate membership to ALIA.
* A proven leadership approach with experience in building positive cultures and supporting team members during change.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of public libraries' operations, and show ability to champion effective learning frameworks. Additionally,you should foster engagement innovation within your team by being an active contributor towards developing organisational goals as well as celebrating individual achievements.
