Healthcare Change Agent Role
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to undertake independent and collaborative research in improving health outcomes through evidence-based nursing and midwifery practices. The role is embedded in partnership between Monash University's School of Nursing and Midwifery and Victoria's leading public health service.
The Research Fellow will develop and lead high-quality research aligned with nursing and midwifery priorities. They will engage in research with clinicians, patients, and other relevant stakeholders, preparing research proposals, grant applications, systematic and integrative reviews of literature, preliminary data analysis, drafting research publications, and communicating research findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A doctoral qualification in the relevant discipline area or equivalent qualifications or research experience
* A bachelor's degree in nursing and/or midwifery
* Valid AHPRA Registration
