Job Description
The role of Principal Insurance Adviser is a high-level position within our organization. As the lead advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert insurance advice to new and existing clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.
You will manage client workflow and complexity while fostering an environment of learning and development within your team, comprising a Senior Adviser, Adviser, and Advice Assistant. The core focus of this role is to provide exceptional service and advice to 'Mums & Dads' clients, as well as affluent and commercial clients.
As an advocate for our business, you will engage in our advice philosophy and service delivery by proactively supporting activities around brand marketing and relationship management. Your primary objective is to achieve agreed annual targets with upfront revenue and recurring revenue, encompassing on-going advice fees, insurance fees, and client numbers.
