Teaching and Research Position in Dental Education
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our academic team as a senior lecturer in dental education.
The successful candidate will have expertise in curriculum design, innovative pedagogy and clinical education. They will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching programs that meet the needs of our students and align with external accreditation standards.
Key duties will include:
* Designing and implementing effective curriculum aligned with internal and external policies;
* Developing curricula that integrate clinical competencies and accreditation standards;
* Creating and evaluating innovative assessment tools to measure student performance;
* Leading and mentoring others in curriculum design and teaching;
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* A PhD or equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant discipline area;
* Demonstrated leadership in designing dental education curricula using innovative instructional design principles and learning theories;
* Effectiveness in curriculum development and teaching with a commitment to excellence.
