ISS Facility Services is hiring a fulltime Business Analyst - Coordinator to join their Aviation Transport team at Brisbane Airport.
This onsite role (Monday to Friday) is central to ensuring operational excellence through accurate, timely reporting and collaboration across teams ??? Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards.
Validate and analyze data from diverse sources.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for strategic and compliance needs.
Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Support trend analysis and risk identification.
Coordinate with airport operations and regulatory bodies.
Contribute to system upgrades and reporting tool rollouts.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting and compliance.
?? What You'll Bring: Proven experience in reporting or data coordination in regulated environments.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Understanding of databases and data structures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications in Business, IT, or related fields.

Experience with SharePoint and web design.
