Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Western Australia.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our installation and assembly team to ensure they have the correct parts and equipment to complete jobs efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service in-person and over the telephone
* Assisting the Parts Manager to maintain inventory levels
* Managing the customer parts order process and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
* Administering customer warranty parts returns and processing all required invoices and paperwork
* Receiving and checking incoming goods against purchase orders
* Preparing and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy
* Interfacing with engineering and operations departments as needed
* Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
* Covering the counter at other facilities when needed
* Performing other duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in an automotive customer service/retail environment
* Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and follow up on tasks
* Familiarity with truck equipment and/or automotive industry parts sales and service
