This appointment presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly successful Used Car Team, an industry leading remuneration package and access to quality selling stock at our high exposure, golden mile facility.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer experiences to a high volume of Used Vehicle clientele.
Utilizing the latest technology to maintain customer contact, ensuring an engaged experience for all customers and increasing opportunities for growing the business.
Being proactive within the team, and making sure we implement and maintain the highest level of merchandising, customer experience and dealership presentation possible.
From time to time providing departmental support by way of tasks such as photographing vehicles, yard positional changes, L Form policy adherence etc.
All these activities combined with your growth mindset will lead to you meeting and exceeding sales and customer experience targets.
