Expression of Interest - Wholesale Sales Administrator | HQ

This is an internal EOI for a role at the heart of how we show up for our partners. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our close-knit team at HQ. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership without being asked, and bring precision to everything you touch we want to hear from you. Hours are Mon to Fri from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

What You'll Own

* Day-to-day partner coordination: You're the connective tissue between our team and our partners; keeping communication flowing, timelines on track, and nothing falling through the cracks.
* Order processing, rebates, and invoicing: End-to-end accuracy at pace; errors cost trust and you prevent them.
* First point of contact for partner queries: You own the follow-through, resolving what you can, escalating when needed, and always leaving partners feeling looked after.
* Data integrity across NetSuite, NuOrder, and PVX: Keeping records accurate and consistent across platforms (experience desirable; commitment to detail is non-negotiable).
* Partner reviews and promotional support: Pulling data, preparing materials, and coordinating the moving parts so nothing is missed and no partner is left waiting.

What You'll Bring

* Composure under pressure: You triage quickly, communicate clearly, and keep moving when priorities shift; the person your team looks to when things get busy.
* Exceptional administration skills: You build systems that work, maintain them consistently, and leave every process better than you found it.
* Clear, confident communication: Written and verbal; direct without being abrupt, warm without being vague, and always leaving people knowing where things stand.
* A love of detail and structure: You notice what others miss and find satisfaction in a task completed properly; you don't cut corners.
* Experience in wholesale, customer service, or sales support: You understand B2B relationships, know how to manage competing priorities across accounts, and are ready to hit the ground running (highly desirable).

This role is for someone who moves with purpose, takes pride in their work, and understands that the details are where trust is built.
