About the role
The Compliance Administration Officer will have the opportunity to apply their expertise and experience in a dynamic role funded by the Student Services Amenities Fee (SSAF), supporting students across various areas including welfare assistance to support their preparation for placements and Work integrated learning (WIL). You will allocate and manage financial support for students to meet particular placement expenses relevant to struggles of university students. This is a holistic and integrated approach to promote equity of access for placements in the current landscape
About You
You will be a team player, a quick learner with the ability to apply new tasks and processes, have effective communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of work being administered. Evidence in managing spreadsheets, databases and financial software should be highlighted in your application.
Applicants should be aware that this role will be based at Campbelltown campus, however as Western Sydney University is a multi-campus university travel to other campuses may be required when operational needs arise.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $37,706 to $42,641 p.a. (comprising Salary of $31,862 to $36,032 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
