Key Responsibilities
* Answer national sales calls
* Process customer orders, pricing, delivery requests, and general enquiries
* Support the showroom team and warmly welcome customers
* Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right products
* Prepare customised quotations and promote our extensive product range
* Build positive relationships with customers and prospects
* Provide advice on planning, installation, and product use while in the showroom
* Work collaboratively with our external sales team
We Are Looking For
* A friendly, enthusiastic team player
* Someone who shines in face‐to‐face customer service
* Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
* Strong customer service mindset
* Great interpersonal skills and professional phone manner
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical thinking
* Background in kitchens, cabinetmaking, or joinery (advantage, not essential)
* Detail‐oriented, self‐motivated, and confident
* Experience with SAP is a bonus
* Full working rights in Australia
