**Where you'll be working**
Office based at Gosford Hospital but supports all facilities across NSLHD & CCLHD, so travel to other sites is required. Some work from home supported.
**What you'll be doing**
The Change Manager role plays an integral part in the implementation of solutions that enhance the eMR. These enhancements build upon the existing eMR as well as developments occurring at the state level as part of the eHealth NSW Programs. The role will focus managing the organisational change and adoption of the new enhanced eMR solutions including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and other structures affected. Incumbent will also be involved in the Single Digital Patient Record planning for the District.
**_People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply._**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health / health sciences, ICT or management or equivalent demonstrated extensive health industry experience.
- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex health service environment. This includes expert knowledge of health processes and demonstrated experience in implementing large clinical programs.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyse client requirements.
