Clinical Supervisor Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice, student supervision, and leadership.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will report to the Oral Health Manager and play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered care across the Oral Health Services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervising and demonstrating clinical care to dental students.
* Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to clinicians.
* Conducting clinical audits, reviewing treatment plans, and monitoring quality outcomes.
* Managing client follow-up and ensuring patient issues are addressed promptly.
* Supporting the recruitment, orientation, and development of new dentists.
* Contributing to continuous improvement in workflows, standards, and patient experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an AHPRA-registered Dentist with proven clinical and leadership expertise, a passion for teaching, mentoring, and professional development, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence and empathy.
