As a core role in Ben's Curtains' nationwide expansion strategy, the BD will be responsible for building the brand's local external partnership network and developing channels in real estate, renovation, hotel, and engineering projects.
We are looking not only for top sales performers, but also for "pioneering generals" who can drive urban market growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Expand and maintain local partnership channels, including real estate agencies, renovation companies, design firms, window covering companies, etc.;
2. Develop and secure large-scale engineering projects (developer projects, hotel renovations, commercial office spaces, etc.);
3. Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and drive sales;
4. Gather market information and competitive intelligence to provide data support for company strategy;
5. Assist the company in new regional expansion, participating in store openings and brand promotion activities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the curtains or home furnishings industry, with a deep understanding of the Australian window covering market;
2. Existing client resources and industry channel network;
3. Strong independent business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of securing high-value collaborations;
4. Excellent business acumen and communication skills, able to conduct business negotiations in English;
5. Willing to travel, able to work under pressure, with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
Salary Range: AUD 80,000 – 100,000/year + High Commission + Performance Bonus
