The Performance Manager is accountable to the MV CLCM Project Director for establishing and managing the program Measurement and Analysis Plan to capture and analyze issues, provide recommendations, and oversee their implementation across the program.
Key Responsibilities
The Performance Manager, as a member of the Leadership team, is responsible for the proactive measurement framework across contractual measures (SPMS, KHIs) to ensure MV SPO meets or exceeds requirements. This includes:
1. Contributing to program strategy and implementing actions to achieve objectives;
2. Implementing a measurement and analysis framework with appropriate lead indicators for predictive analytics, ensuring the Navy operating intent is met by the MV support System;
3. Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks, issues, and opportunities impacting the program and MV SPO outcomes;
4. Reviewing the effectiveness of recommendations implemented to maintain the MV Support System;
5. Providing visible leadership and mentoring to program personnel.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Previous experience:
- In a collaborative enterprise environment - essential
- Current, demonstrable Maritime Sustainment Capability - essential
- Business growth opportunity identification and proposal responses - essential
- Maritime Platform systems knowledge and experience - essential
- Experience with RAN ships up to and including Frigate capability/size - essential
- Experience with the Maritime Sustainment Model - essential
- Experience with transition & introduction to service of Navy Capability - desired
- Leading complex teams across multiple locations - essential
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (including briefing papers, presentations, and reports)
- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in a technical discipline
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance and access to ITAR-controlled technology
