**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Experience Consultant to join their team in St Leonards. This is an estimated 3month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the transition of data from one system to another via SAP to ensure all records and information is accurately entered and stored to achieve organisational objectives

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high level professional customer service and support to minimise impact to students
- Manage inbound student enquiries through CRM
- Assess eligibility for education programs
- Validate and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot, triage and escalate issues, as required
- Contribute to organisational learning
- Track, monitor and report on trends and issues, mitigating risks
- Clearly and accurately document activities and client touch points with EBS and CRM
- Manage CID payment processing and reporting
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Demonstrated Customer experience or Customer Service experience
- Proven Administration, Data Entry, Master Data and Data Cleansing experience
- Education or Public Sector experience, highly advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
