* FIFO from Perth to Karratha - Meals and Accommodation provided
* Residential option in Karratha is also available. If you are willing to relocate to Karratha, the company will provide housing (rent + all utilities) for the right candidate.

What you will be working on
Reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing onsite project teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of workers on site to ensure that technical and quality standards are achieved safely. This role will cover a wide range of project scopes including organising materials, allocating labour and scheduling.
What type of Person will be successful
* Minimum 6+ years' experience within Construction, civil, earthworks, and/or mining operations.
* Strong background and knowledge in concreting and steel fixing.
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and manage various work crews simultaneously.
* Experience in coordination of scheduling and allocation of labour, plant, equipment and materials for all projects.
* Fostering a safety driven team culture
* Ability to deliver clear instructions and motivate the team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Applicants must be willing and able to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug screening.
