About the Role
We're a fast-growing brand with big ambitions (and a lot of heart!)This role is all about bringing the Bunjie magic to life - creating scroll-stopping, culturally tuned content that feels unmistakably us.
As our Content Producer, you'll shape, shoot, edit and deliver the kind of TikToks, Reels and UGC-led moments that stop thumbs, spark smiles and deepen real connection with our community. You'll keep a pulse on trends, move fast and translate everyday moments into content that feels warm, candid and totally Bunjie.
If you love storytelling, understand internet culture intuitively, and can take an idea from spark ➝ script ➝ live post without missing a beat, this is your playground.
Where you'll shine
* Be the heartbeat of our content - Plan and manage a rolling social calendar that aligns with campaigns, launches, retail moments and community conversations
* Create scroll-stopping magic - Produce, film and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Reels using UGC, existing assets and your own creative concepts (always in Bunjie's friendly, cheeky, candid tone of course!)
* Trend spotting - Track what's happening across parenting, lifestyle and pop culture, bringing a few clever, on-brand content ideas each week
* Guide our creator community - Work with the Community Manager to brief creators, providing clear scripts, shot lists and creative direction - then manage deliverables, timelines and usage rights
* Optimise for impact - Review content performance weekly and share learnings with the Brand and Digital teams. Use these insights to evolve, refine and elevate future content
* Collaborate to keep us sharp - Partner with the Brand Manager on storytelling and campaign messaging, and with the Digital Specialist to align organic content with paid performance. You'll approve all content before it goes live to ensure quality and consistency
* Bring Bunjie to life in the real world - Represent Bunjie at expos and events, engaging with our community and capturing content
Who We're Looking For
You're a creative, culture-tuned content producer who loves making things - fast. You're hands-on, curious, detail-driven and have a natural eye for what will perform. You're as comfortable filming a simple POV clip as you are pitching a new creative format.
Experience in baby, beauty, wellness or FMCG brands is a plus, but not essential. We're more interested in your creativity, speed, and ability to bring a playful brand to life across social.
Your 'must-haves':
* At least two years' in content creation, social or digital storytelling
* A portfolio filled with TikToks, Reels or UGC-style content
* Strong experience scripting, briefing, reviewing and refining short-form video
* Sharp instincts for hooks, pacing and thumb-stopping moments
* Genuine understanding of Gen Z and Millennial culture
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro)
* Comfortable moving fast while staying on-brand and detail-focused
Above all, you're proactive, collaborative and genuinely excited about growing a brand people love, one great piece of content at a time.
