About the Role
* Managing enquiries and admissions.
* Working closely with clients, families, and treatment teams including our admitting Psychiatrists.
* Triage and coordination of referrals, including complex presentations with potential risk of escalation.
* Collaborating across multiple pathways and services to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication with clients, carers, emergency services, and stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
* Registered Nurse licence.
* At least 3–4 years of clinical experience working in mental health.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational and time‐management skills.
