Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify potential customers
* Develop tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs
* Schedule meetings and manage the sales cycle
* Create business plans aligned with company goals to meet sales targets
* Lead responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs)
Requirements:
* Proven success in selling complex solutions/services to HR or procurement decision-makers
* Experience selling to large multinational clients, preferably in ANZ
* Ability to document customer needs through proposals, Statements of Work, or similar documents
* Minimum 8 years in enterprise sales
