You’ll lead the charge in creating physically safe and psychologically healthy environments for employees, residents, and clients. From injury prevention and psychosocial risk mitigation to safety system reviews and wellness program rollouts, your work will touch every part of our organisation.What You’ll DoChampion psychological health and lead wellbeing initiatives across the businessSupport leaders with psychosocial risk assessments and practical control measuresDeliver engaging training on safety, mental health, and wellbeing practicesPromote early intervention and support for both physical and psychological healthLead and support incident investigations and risk mitigation plansContribute to the continuous improvement of WHS systems and reportingBuild a positive culture of safety, trust, inclusion, and careRequirementsAbout YouYou’re a confident communicator and a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of both WHS frameworks and human-centred wellbeing approaches.
