Store Managerto manage inventory storage and dispatch operations for our ongoing client project.
The role involves arranging and managing a small warehouse or storage space (approx.5 square meters) to securely store IT parts, including Cisco routers, switches, cables, and laptops, before dispatching them to designated client sites as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Storage & ManagementArrange and maintain a secure warehouse or storage area for IT inventory.
Receive and safely store materials and parts sent by the client.
Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Dispatch CoordinationPrepare and deliver parts to assigned site locations based on client instructions.
Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of all deliveries.
Maintain coordination with project and logistics teams regarding dispatch schedules.
Warehouse OperationsEnsure the storage area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Implement basic security measures to safeguard client materials.
Track and report inventory levels and usage.
