We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation of Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will become an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Talent.
* On client engagements, you will understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
* You will work with the client to translate their requirements and legacy data into the Workday solution.
* Assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
* You will understand and apply Workday's Implementation Methodology on all client engagements.
* Ensure the client benefits from Workday's proven solutions.
* Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants; collaborate with colleagues to develop solutions and streamline deployment processes.
* Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
* You have 5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systems.
* You have recent Australian Industry HR & Payroll experience.
* You have previous consulting experience, either with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
* You have experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.
* You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* You can learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
* Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
* You are able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Work Arrangements:
Our flexible work approach combines in-person time and remote work. We expect to spend at least 50% of time in the office or in the field with customers, depending on the role.
