We are seeking a Territory Sales Professional to achieve sales and margin targets across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote the unique value proposition of our products and services to grow customer partnerships.
* Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and target key objectives effectively.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support business growth and retention.
* Create structured business plans to ensure customer retention and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including OH&S, food safety, and chain of responsibility.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in the food service or related industries.
* High-impact communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
* Commercial acumen, self-motivation, and a target-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
* Strong time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales environments.
* Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* A team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Experience as a former chef may be considered an asset.
* Must possess full Work Rights and be willing to undergo an Australian Police Check.
