Achieve Something Great

Be part of a vibrant and supportive Physiotherapy team where Allied Health Assistants are valued contributors to patient care and service success. In this role, you will support physiotherapists across a variety of clinical areas, working with an exciting mix of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll enjoy a diverse blend of clinical and non‑clinical tasks that offer variety, skill development, and exposure to different aspects of hospital care. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of physiotherapists and fellow Allied Health Assistants, with ongoing support, mentoring, and opportunities to learn. Most importantly, you will contribute to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a team committed to creating positive experiences for both patients and staff.

Are You the Right Fit?

You will bring a positive, team‑focused attitude with a genuine willingness to learn, contribute, and support colleagues in a fast‑paced hospital environment. Strong attention to detail and active listening skills are essential to ensure physiotherapy programs and patient instructions are followed accurately and safely. This role suits someone with solid time‑management and organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks across multiple clinical areas while enjoying a hands‑on, varied workload that includes direct patient care, exercise groups, equipment management, and administrative support. You'll thrive in a dynamic and fun team culture where collaboration, mutual support, and celebrating success are part of everyday work. The position offers exposure to a wide range of patient groups and clinical settings, providing valuable experience and skill development not often available in single‑area roles. Flexible workdays and hours can be supported where possible, and while relevant Allied Health Assistant qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable, a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is equally important.
