**Essential Criteria**:
- Demonstrated skills in garden maintenance;
- Fantastic customer service skills;
- Ability to work on your own;
- Good communication skills both written, interpersonal and verbal;
- Common sense approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself and clients
- Willing and able to keep up with the physical demands of a gardening role;
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- ABN;
- Be a sole trader or a company with all equivalent insurance;
- Have all equipment and transport needed to complete jobs;
- A team of no more than 4 people.
