As the Restaurant Manager you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. You will maintain a high standard of food preparation and service while striving to achieve outstanding restaurant results.
You will need:
- A relevant Diploma qualification and/or at least 1 to 3 years of relevant employment experience
- Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences
- Strong understanding of financials including budgets, forecasting and labour costs
- A robust desire to train, motivate and lead a team
- Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
- Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
- Working knowledge of OH&S;/WH&S;
- A current RSA Certificate
