Client Manager, Global & Corporate (Health, Aged Care & Community Service)
Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Large Private/Public and top ASX listed businesses (including major multinational organisations).
This Client Manager opportunity is within a highly successful and dynamic Global and Corporate team which specialises across Health, Aged Care, and Community Service team within Aon Risk Solutions.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Adelaide office.

What the day will look like
4. Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
5. Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions
6. Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business
7. Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client
8. Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained
9. Mentoring and developing colleagues within Aon

Skills and experience that will lead to success
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:
10. Experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
11. Technical understanding of Insurance products and risk solutions, ideally within health/aged care
12. Experience in working with our claims team to successfully close out claims
13. Good cross selling abilities
14. Pro-active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients
15. Adept negotiation and relationship building skills with great communication abilities
16. Ability to work collaboratively across teams
