We pride ourselves on safe, efficient, and professional scaffolding solutions, and we're looking for a reliable Leading Hand to join our team and help drive our crews forward.
The Role:
As a Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for coordinating a scaffold crew on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to company standards. This role suits someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and confident in taking the lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise scaffolders and labourers on-site
* Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffold safely and efficiently
* Ensure all work meets WHS and company safety standards
* Communicate effectively with site managers, builders, and crew
* Report progress and site issues to management
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite
Requirements:
* Current scaffolding ticket (Intermediate or Advanced preferred)
* Previous experience leading a crew (or stepping up into leadership)
* White Card and full PPE
* Strong focus on safety and teamwork
* Ability to read and understand scaffold plans
* Reliable transport and good work ethic
