Office Manager (NDIS) – Full Time | Wollongong

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Manager with a strong background in the NDIS sector to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands the operational demands of disability services, and can confidently support the smooth running of a busy office.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the organisation operates efficiently and professionally. You will coordinate internal workflows, support management, maintain compliance standards, and ensure staff, participants, and stakeholders receive timely and accurate support.

This position requires someone proactive, organised, and confident in managing competing priorities. You will be the key point of contact for day‐to‐day office operations and will contribute to maintaining a high‐quality service environment aligned with NDIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily office management and ensure smooth operational flow
* Support management with scheduling, communication, and internal coordination
* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance requirements under the NDIS
* Liaise with support workers, participants, families, and external providers
* Assist with onboarding processes, internal communication, and workflow management
* Monitor and maintain office systems, processes, and service standards
* Ensure timely follow‐up on tasks, enquiries, and operational needs
* Contribute to a positive, organised, and professional workplace culture
* Ability to work with minimum supervision

What We're Looking For

* Minimum2+ years experience in an NDIS‐related office management or coordination role
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Payroll knowledge and SCHADS Award
* Knowledge of Human Resources HR and Work health and safety WHS
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident manner
* High attention to detail and strong documentation standards
* Experience using NDIS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full working rights in Australia
