We're currently hiring Spray Painters to start immediately working with brand new vehicles to bring them to industry standard in Laverton (Melbourne), Pinkenba (Brisbane), and Kewdale (Perth).

What You'll Do
* Prepare surfaces and apply coatings using spray painting techniques
* Carry out paint repairs to customer product to the highest possible standard
* Complete all required paperwork and take accountability for your work quality.
* Maintain equipment & ensure workplace is clean and tidy
* Work in a way that actively promotes the company's commitment to the highest standard of health and safety in the workplace
* Carry out any reasonable request that is within your scope of trade, training or knowledge.
* Share ideas and knowledge to find innovative solutions to further enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies.
Mandatory requirements:
* Experience in spray painting (automotive, industrial, or commercial)
* Excellent color matching skills
* Ability to maintain focus and work to deadlines
* High attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Reliable, punctual, and always follow OH&S requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Trade Certificate in Auto, Spray Painting – AUR Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology
* Experience in applying decals
