Job Title:
Housekeeping Team Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Team Lead. This position requires a minimum of 12 months experience in a hotel or commercial cleaning environment, with strong leadership and communication skills.
This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work allocated shifts between 7am and 6pm across a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Servicing Operations: Supervise daily operations, including planning and assigning tasks to team members
2. Quality Control: Carry out room checks and address concerns directly with relevant team members
3. Team Development: Assist with onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues
4. Communication: Communicate with departmental managers regarding areas for improvement
5. Collaboration: Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
6. Flexibility: Perform any housekeeping duties as necessary

Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a hotel or commercial cleaning environment
* Leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded
* Confident verbal communication skills in English and attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow and workload
* Fitness is important due to physical demands of the role
