**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Parts Inventory & Logistics Manager, we are looking for a **Parts Exchange & Used Parts Sales Inventory Manager **to drive parts sales based at our Clayton Head office Branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded energetic individual with a flare for sales. You will be required to be experienced in sales and have a strong mechanical or technical background, along with intermediate computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
**Your key responsibilities will include the following**:
- Management of the Parts Exchange business (PEX), sales inventory and product range.
- Management of Used Parts business, sales, inventory and product range
- Support sales for internal & external customers
- Achieve business plan and budgets in PEX and Used Parts
- Facilitating parts orders
- Brokering Used parts sales and inventory
- Inventory Control functions
- Participation in an after-hours 'on-calls' for emergency parts supply
**ABOUT YOU**
**You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes**:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Current drivers licences
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external customer relationships
- Highly developed time management and communication skills
- Caterpillar parts system experience (an advantage)
- Inventory control experience
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate initiative with a positive manner and attitude
- Must be self motivated, reliant and a proven team player
- Work independently and be outcome focused
