Reporting to the General Manager, Brand & Marketing, your role as Brand, Marketing Manager will be to work closely with the General Manager, Brand & Marketing to align Hawaiian strategies and priorities for maximum impact across our portfolio of assets. Your responsibilities will include: Champion the Hawaiian brand: Ensure the brand is consistently represented and amplified across communications, events, and activities, reinforcing Hawaiian’s values while driving business goals. Manage and maintain the community and marketing calendar of events in conjunction with the Community and Retail Marketing teams to ensure all initiatives, campaigns, and events are aligned, coordinated, and delivered on schedule. Deliver B2B Hawaiian marketing events: Plan, manage, and execute all B2B Hawaiian marketing events, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and showcasing the brand’s presence in priority markets. Work with the General Manager, Brand and Marketing on the annual rollout and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and consistent delivery across channels. Execute the Hawaiian internal communications strategy, including delivery of House of Hawaiian, P&C & HPP brand requirements, and leasing communications to ensure consistent, engaging, and brand‑aligned messaging across the organisation. Liaise with creative, digital, and other agencies to ensure all work is on-brand and aligned with objectives. Develop and execute the annual Office Building marketing strategy designed to strengthen tenant engagement, foster community, and align with Hawaiian’s overall brand objectives. Manage and update the Hawaiian website, along with other digital requirements such as accounts, access, and passwords, ensuring accuracy, security, and brand consistency. Deliver quarterly board reports and other marketing-related reporting to track performance, highlight insights, and support strategic decision-making. Timely and accurate financial and budget management, including monthly forecasting in conjunction with the General Manager, Brand & Marketing. About you Marketing Degree or similar. At least 5 years’ experience in a related field (property/shopping centre industry experience is highly advantageous). Well-developed planning and organisation skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines whilst delivering accurate and quality work. Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, the need for improvement and implement change.
