Our client is seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation and engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping change programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies, change impact analysis to support business transformation.
Design and deliver communication plans that engage stakeholders at all levels.
Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals.
Create compelling content for internal communications across multiple channels.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change and communication activities, adjusting as needed.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums.
Experience Required: Proven track record in managing change programs within complex organizations.
Strong background in internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working in an Agile change practice.
Salesforce implementation experience Experience across various industries or large-scale projects is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the business.
