Responsibilities: End-to-end SaaS procurement, including vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management Partner with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Finance) to define procurement requirements and timelines Lead commercial negotiations with software and service vendors to ensure cost-effective and scalable solutions Manage contract lifecycle including initiation, execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations Conduct and coordinate legal, privacy, and security due diligence in partnership with internal teams Implement and improve procurement policies and processes to ensure compliance and governance Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with business goals and budgets Track and report on procurement metrics including cost savings, risk reduction, and contract performance Maintain a centralised procurement database and document management system Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and cost optimisation Ensure timely renewals and manage key contract milestones (e.g., expirations, auto-renewals) Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies in SaaS and fintech procurement By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
