Job Description
Shipley Smash Repairs is currently seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Vehicle Painters to join their team in Caloundra West QLD. The successful candidate will need to possess and undertake:
Responsibilities
Ability to mix paint shades and select exact paint to match vehicle colour
Sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders
Treating vehicles with rust-proofing chemicals
Applying primer and finish coats with spray-guns, and sanding surfaces between coats
Removing masking papers, and waxing and polishing finished paintwork
Skills & Abilities
Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
Ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience within related field
Ability to work in a team environment
