Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Account Manager to join our high‑performing Sales and AM Team and drive service delivery across Australia.
This role is pivotal to our growth trajectory and requires a candidate with strong execution skills and expertise in client relationship management. You will deliver exceptional post‑sales support, ensuring clients are successfully integrated into our proprietary technology solution and maximizing its potential.
Your core mission is to maintain high client retention and turn clients into advocates. This involves providing comprehensive training, proactively fostering strong relationships, and strategically identifying and driving the upsell of new products by aligning their value with the clients' evolving needs.

What you'll do
* Seamless Onboarding & Training: Partner with the Sales team to guide new clients and users through the onboarding process, conducting comprehensive training sessions to ensure comfort and proficiency with our platform.
* Expert Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships as the primary client contact. Regularly engage to ensure satisfaction and act as a proactive problem‑solver for ongoing needs and issues.
* Drive Product Maximisation & Retention: Provide expert, ongoing post‑sales support to help clients maximise the value of our product suite, directly contributing to high client retention rates.
* Internal & External Advocacy: Leverage your deep process and technology knowledge to ensure smooth service delivery. Gather client feedback and act as their advocate internally to drive continuous product and service improvements.
* Identify Growth Opportunities: Strategically identify, qualify, and drive upsell opportunities by understanding evolving client needs and clearly demonstrating the value of new Veridooh solutions.
What you'll bring
* Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional post‑sales support. Experience in OOH, media agency, or ad‑tech is a strong advantage.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Relationship & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust, understand complex client needs, and act as a compelling advocate for their success.
* Technical & Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to quickly master new products. Proficiency with CRM software is a plus. In‑depth knowledge of internal processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Problem‑Solving & Adaptability: A proactive problem‑solver eager to take on challenges, with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
