About The Role
* The Account Executive owns the full sales cycle: hunting for new prospects, growing revenue within existing customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contract negotiation.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solutions and connect this knowledge to customer ROI.
* Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing guidance and insights throughout the sales process.
* Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within potential customers.
* Develop compelling presentations and proposals that articulate our platform's value.
* Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets.
* Develop strategies and coordinate support to help customers maximize the value of monday.com.
* Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with monday.com solutions.
Your Experience & Skills
* 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
* Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with a consultative approach.
* Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver compelling presentations.
* Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative team mentality.
* Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively.
* Positive attitude, high energy, and a collaborative approach.
* BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
