National Business Development Manager (Veins/Vascular) - Sydney Our client is expanding their presence in the veins and vascular market — and they are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead that growth nationally. This is a newly created role focused on converting and growing direct-purchasing B2B clinic accounts across Australia. You’ll work with specialist vein and vascular clinics, building relationships with key decision-makers and turning opportunity into long-term revenue growth. This is not a traditional clinical sales role. We are looking for a high-performing commercial hunter who knows how to create opportunities, navigate gatekeepers, influence decision-makers, and drive repeat business. About the Role As the National Veins/Vascular Business Development Manager, you will: Build and manage a national pipeline of vein and vascular clinic accounts Validate and activate an existing database of clinics while expanding into new target accounts Identify and engage key decision-makers including surgeons, clinic owners, practice managers, and procurement influencers Convert clinics into repeat-purchasing accounts Drive product trials, first orders, repeat purchasing, and protocol adoption Develop strategic account plans and structured sales activity Position the client's premium compression therapy solutions through value-based selling Work closely with internal clinical, education, marketing, and commercial teams Travel nationally across priority metro and regional markets What We’re Looking For We are open to candidates from healthcare and non-healthcare backgrounds who can demonstrate strong B2B sales capability and exceptional relationship-building skills.
