We're looking for a polished, confident Lead Qualification Specialist to take ownership of high-volume outbound engagement and convert early interest into quality, sales-ready opportunities. We are seeking a polished, articulate professional to represent our client to busy medical, dental, and veterinary practitioners with exceptional phone skills and a corporate mindset.
This role is perfect for someone who's sharp on the phones, thrives in an outbound environment, and wants a clear pathway into a Consultant role over time.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—reaching out to warm lists from conferences, online enquiries, and targeted campaigns. Have high-impact conversations, understand clients commercial or residential finance needs, and qualify their readiness before passing them to the Sales Team.
What you'll do:
* Make high-volume outbound calls to medical, dental & veterinary professionals
* Ask smart questions to understand practice stage, goals, and finance needs
* Confidently articulate specialist lending solutions (commercial + some residential)
* Apply a structured qualification process and deliver clean, accurate handovers
* Log detailed notes in the CRM and provide feedback to consultants after every interaction
* Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-quality targets
* Share insights to improve lead quality and outbound strategy
What you bring:
* 1–3 years in financial services, asset finance, broking, banking, insurance, or contact centre
* Australian work rights are required for this position
* Polished, professional, and confident from the first call
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls all day
* Strong computer skills with excellent typing accuracy
* Experience with CRMs and meticulous note-taking
* Ability to communicate complex lending concepts clearly
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to progress your career
* Relevant Degree helpful but not required
