- Previous experience working within a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
- Advanced administration skills and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated excellence within execution of brand activation's
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the Brand Managers in the execution of marketing campaigns (TV, Digital, Social, OOH and in-store)
- working closely with our agency partners
- NPD Launch Support - Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches
- Support Brand managers in executing e-commerce plans: E-com optimised & inspiring product info content + E-shopper activation's on the online shelf
- Administrative project for client's digital filing system and product portfolio
- Closely work with the brand and sales teams in providing key requirements for new line items in-store, and to ensure product information is up to date in the electronic space.
- Develop a post-campaign analysis for retailer executions - summarising results, key learnings and implications for future planning.
- Take part in retail status meetings, media agency meetings, as well as retailer discussions and category review presentations.
- Operate and manage below-the-line/ shopper marketing budget in line with annual plans.
- Other administrative support such as Invoice processing and filing.
