What You’ll Be Doing
Research and identify prospects (decision-makers, eCommerce and digital marketing leads).
Build and qualify prospect lists using LinkedIn, business databases, and online research.
Support outreach campaigns: preparing lists, intro materials, and tracking follow-ups in the CRM.
Provide administrative support to the Founder and BD team.
Assist with presentations, proposals, and reporting tailored for Japanese and global prospects.
Help refine lead qualification processes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
Maintain well-organised prospect and activity records.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Requirements
Must be based in Japan with ability to work remotely.
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance both prospecting and admin responsibilities.
Proactive, detail-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools.
Prior experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance is an advantage.
