The client is a high-performing Engineering Consultancy with a great reputation. It has 7 offices situated throughout Australia. The company fosters a collaborative culture, sharing projects and expertise between offices. The civil design team works fluidly with teams in its other offices, and mentoring occurs at all levels regardless of location and seniority. Due to growth we are seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer and a Senior Civil Design Engineer who have previously worked in a similar Engineering Consultancy role. You will report to the Civil Group Leader and receive guidance and mentoring for your career development. The Senior Civil Engineer will have the opportunity to work towards becoming the Civil Team Leader in the Sydney office. The role balances hands‐on technical design work with project, team, and client management. The Intermediate Civil Engineer will contribute to a range of projects across NSW and interstate.

Project types the successful candidate will work on include:

• Roads
• Stormwater management
• Flood analysis & reporting
• Residential / Land development
• Civil inspections
• Retaining walls & pavements

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience within Civil Design Engineering for the Senior Civil Engineer role.
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience within Civil Design Engineering for the Intermediate Civil Engineer role.
• Experience designing and managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience coordinating and interfacing with key clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MUSIC and DRAINS; experience with Civil 3D is highly beneficial.
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in report writing.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards and Council design standards.
• Ability to thrive in an established and thriving Engineering Design company.
