Wild Hop Brewery is seeking a full time Cook who will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring food safety, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering excellent dining experience.

Task & responsibilities
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes in accordance with our menu.
- Monitoring food quality and presentation standards.
- Assisting in menu planning, portion control, and stock rotation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Complying with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Working cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Qualification & experience
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a Cook.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Cookery/hospitality Qualification required.
About Company
Wild Hop Brewing Company is a 150 seat brew-pub, located in the Yallingup hills area. This is a rural location, 15 minutes drive from Dunsborough, Western Australia. We offer a “family style” share menu of wood fired protein dishes paired with seasonal vegetable dishes and salads, as well as a handful of more traditional brewery/pub style dishes. We trade 7 days, with day shifts only (no nights or early mornings). Our kitchen works at a fast pace and work schedules will include weekends.
