Job Description
As a graduate speech pathologist, you will have access to a 12-week training program covering multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics. You will also shadow experienced therapists, participate in peer meetings with current and former graduates, receive weekly clinical supervision, and have reduced billable hours as you build your caseload and develop your clinical skills.
* You will provide timely and evidence-based intervention to people across the lifespan, including children, young adults, and adults with various conditions.
* Interventions may be delivered in clinics, schools, homes, group homes, or via telehealth.
You will work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and be part of a large organization with over 100 therapists across QLD, NSW, and the ACT.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A genuine interest in the human services industry
* An understanding of NDIS (desirable)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
* Registration with SPA
* Experience working with disability clients
* A current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region
* A Blue Card & NDIS worker check
* Current first aid and CPR certification
